Cellulite Treatment – How to Get Rid of Cellulite Permanently

Hi, my name is Maria and I want to share with you a method I discovered to Get Rid of Cellulite permanently using a special set of natural exercises.

Ok, so here is a little info about me…

I am just an average woman. I have never really had a so called “perfect body” but never really had any problems going swimming, or to the beach in a swimsuit. That was until the day I discovered that I had a bumpy appearance on the back and sides of my legs, and on the lower part of my butt too. It was weird, but I never actually noticed it happening. I guess cellulite is one of those things that just sneaks up on you over time. Anyway, at first I ignored it by making sure my clothing definitely covered the area. I was pretty much basing all of my clothing decisions on hiding my cellulite. The weird thing was, I wasn’t even that overweight either, so I was surprised that cellulite could form so easily on my skin.

I went on like this for several months, but then to my horror I noticed that the cellulite was actually getting worse! I don’t know what I hoped to achieve my ignoring the problem, but having worse, more obvious cellulite was not what I hoped for at all! Desperate to get rid of my cellulite, that was now worse than ever, I started searching the internet for a cellulite treatment. I came across all sorts of cellulite creams that claimed they could remove cellulite completely within a week or two. I was looking for something that would actually work to remove my cellulite, I didn’t care how much time it would take, I was so desperate to get rid of it! I found one website which sold an anti cellulite cream which had great reviews and offered fast shipping. The downside is that is cost $80, plus $5.99 shipping. I never imagined it would be so expensive! I ordered it anyway, because I needed to do something and didn’t know what else to do.

The cream arrived 6 days after I ordered it. I was eager to get started so I applied some right away carefully following the directions. I went through the same ritual for weeks, just as the directions stated – but to no effect. I was disappointed to say the least. After carefully examining my legs after over 3 weeks of using this expensive, useless cellulite cream, I felt my heart sink – they looked just the same as before. I really thought this treatment would work, but it didn’t. After this bad experience, I can definitely say that anti cellulite creams do not work.  I did not see even the slightest bit of difference.

I looked at other cellulite treatments, basically all so called “treatments” involve some kind of cream or lotion. I wasn’t going to fall for that again. It gradually dawned on me that if what cellulite cream manufacturers sell actually works, they would be putting themselves out of business, because if you get rid of your cellulite, you do not need to go back and buy their product again.

A Genuine Cellulite Treatment

The most important cellulite treatment discovery that turned everything around for me…

I decided to take a different approach and look for natural cellulite treatment methods instead. After doing this, I wished I had done this in the first place. I found a website run by a personal trainer who has helped thousands of women get rid of cellulite for over 20 years. This guy has developed a certain set of exercises that actively target cellulite and can even eliminate it completely without the use of useless creams and silly gimmicks. After reading more on his website I was intrigued. I decided to get his program and try these exercises for myself. Instead of having to wait 5 days for anything to arrive, I was able to download the step by step instructions for the exercises straight onto to my computer. I was really excited by this, as I was really eager to get started as soon as possible. I read through the book and found everything was laid out really clearly with photos to demonstrate how to do the exercises properly.

My Results

I followed the instructions as they were laid out in the ebook. You have to do these exercises 3 times a week. This surprised me a little bit, I thought the program would be harder than that, but it wasn’t. After 2 weeks I noticed that my cellulite was evening out and actually fading! It was such a huge relief when I realised that the cellulite was actually going away from using the program. At the 28 day point, I noticed that the appearance of the cellulite was now hardly visible at all! I continued with the program until the cellulite on my legs and butt was gone completely (which didn’t take very long at all).

Not only had my cellulite gone, but my thighs and my butt were also firmer and felt smoother. My butt had definitely been lifted too, and my legs had more of a toned appearance that I had not seen since college! This was definitely an extra bonus to not having cellulite any more, and one that my husband has noticed too!

How to Get Rid of Cellulite – Some Tips

Posted by Maria · Leave a Comment

Cellulite is something we probably all have to deal with at some point or another. Mine came on rather suddenly it seemed, and it did appear to coincide with eating alot of “comfort foods” over the holiday season. After doing a little research I learned that fatty foods and foods with alot of sugar or fast releasing carbohydrates can be at least partly to blame in alot of cases of cellulite. So avoiding them was a good part of my CELLULITE TREATMENT program.

In addition to the Cellulite Treatment exercises I performed as mentioned in my other post, I started eating a little bit healthier too. I don’t know if this helped my cellulite or not, but I have read that this is supposed to prevent cellulite from ever coming back once you have dealt with it, so I am sticking to it :) I feel alot better since cutting out the junk food. I still have the occasional treat, but not anywhere on the scale I did before.

How to Get Rid of Cellulite – Top Cellulite Treatment Tips

Cutting out the fat

Ok, so I cut out saturated fats as a dietary cellulite treatment. I stopped cooking with butter and used an unsaturated margarine or sometimes olive oil instead. It contains omega 3 too, so that’s supposed to be really good for you anyway. Honestly, there is only a slight taste difference using the spread rather than butter. Its definitely worth the change, and its better for my family’s health too.

I also started using leaner cuts of meat, when cooking with red meat, and substituting for turkey or chicken when I could. This cuts down on alot of fat, particularly saturated fat. I was really surprised when I read about how much fat is in red meat like beef. I knew pork was a fatty meat, but always thought that beef was healthier. My husband wasn’t very enthusiastic when he learned beef was going to be cut down, but quickly changed his mind once he actually tried the alternatives. For example, when making spaghetti bolognese, I used ground turkey instead of ground beef and it tasted pretty much the same.

Getting rid of the sweet stuff :)

Ok, this is the one I struggled with the most. I love the sweet stuff! before, I was constantly munching sweets, cakes and quite often cookies too. I was quite surprised to read that sugar can be a factor in causing cellulite too. To be really honest I haven’t completely given up sugar, I still have cakes, and sweets and cookies even now, but I just eat them in moderation, and not every day. It actually makes me enjoy them now.

Fizzy/carbonated drinks

This is another surprise too. I’m not that much of a fan of carbonated drinks, but do have them on occasion. These can also trigger cellulite to occur. If you drink them regularly, you may want to consider cutting down your intake, even if you don’t give them up completely.
